Describe the project:
I prepare a 4 course Italian meal while guests watch and then entertain with my music afterwards. I have released 8 albums of original music, written a cookbook and taught at cooking schools around the country including: Central Market, Lake Austin Span and Whole Food here in Austin.
How does the project further the goals of Grow.Inspire.Feed.Teach?
It allows people to see that there is an intimate quality to preparing food and writing songs.
